Ghost
Established and led by Mr Robert Pattillo, Gray Ghost is
a $50 million social investment portfolio, arguably the largest fund of
funds focused on microfinance. Mr Pattillo is on the Board of several
microfinance organizations and investment funds including ACCION Investments,
MicroVest, Deustche Bank and the Mix Market. While historically microfinance
has been funded largely by governments and philanthropic institutions,
Gray Ghost intends to help diversify microfinance funding by attracting
a broader pool of private social investors to the sector.
The
Fund is managed by a group of professionals led by CEO, Mr Paul DiLeo.

Duggal
Arun Duggal is an experienced international Banker advising
Corporations on Financial Strategy, M&A and Capital Raising areas.
He is or has been an International Advisor to a number of major financial
Institutions and Private Equity firms. These include General Atlantic
(U.S), Macquarie Bank (Australia), DBZ Partners (U.S), ACTIS (U.K), and
others. He is on the Board of several prominent institutions, both domestic
and foreign, spanning several sectors. Mr. Duggal had a 26 year long career
with Bank of America, mostly outside India. His last assignment was as
Chief Executive of Bank of America in India from 1998 to 2001. Currently,
he teaches a Banking & Finance course at the Indian Institute of Management,
Ahmedabad as a visiting Professor.
Caspian
Advisors, Fund Manager
Caspian Advisors, the Fund manager and co-founder of Bellwether,
holds an equity stake in the Fund with the objective of aligning the long-term
interest of the Fund Manager with that of the Fund. Caspian is promoted
and owned by Viswanatha Prasad.
Kishore Moorjani
is Founder and Managing Partner of Credit Asia Capital. From 2004 to 2006, he was Managing Director at D.B. Zwirn Asia Partners where he started and ran the Asian illiquid investment business. From 1998 to 2004, he was with Colony Capital, most recently as Chief Executive Officer and Country Head - Taiwan. From 1996 to 1998, he was with CB Richard Ellis where he ran the Asian investment business and helped start the Indian operations . Mr Moorjani is a member of the Bellwether Investment Committee.
